HealthPRO Pediatrics is a multi-specialty, child and family-centered practice providing services that include OT, PT, ST, ABA, multidisciplinary Autism evaluations, reading evaluations, social skills groups and dyslexia tutoring. We also provide early intervention services for children ages 0-3 and school based related services. Our therapists incorporate various treatments to help children reach their milestones with confidence. • Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients. 
• Adheres to state requirements for supervision of PTAs to provide services with the highest care standards  
• Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; recommending follow-up programs. 
• Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries. 
• Maintains patient records confidentially. 
• Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner. 
• Complies with the applicable State Physical Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols. 
• Maintains clean work area, clean treatment rooms and requests needed supplies. 
• Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times. 
• Complies with all company policies and procedures. 
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers and other professionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.  
• Keeps regular clinic hours as approved by Manager. 
• Directs all patient scheduling matters through the front desk coordinator. 
• Attends meetings as requested. 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program  
• Current State Physical Therapist license 
• Current CPR certification  
• Efficient problem-solving skills 
• Exceptional communication skills and time management skills 
• Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities  
• Collaborative nature
