We are seeking dedicated and reliable entry-level Behavior Therapists who are passionate about making a positive impact on children and families living with Autism. The Behavior Therapist provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the center, home, or community setting to address communication, social skills, and behavioral needs. They are responsible for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Part time positions available
• Daytime hours available Monday – Friday between 8AM-7PM
• Saturday morning hours available for those interested

**Summer Schedule will run from Mid-June through the end of August**

• Work directly with children ages 2-21 for 1:1 or group therapy sessions
• Implement treatment plans and behavior plans developed by and under the supervision of the supervising BCBA
• Utilize structure (DTT) and unstructured (NET) teaching
• Collect data on targeted skills and goals
• Complete daily session notes
• Build rapport with parents and caregivers and communicate daily progress
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

• Minimum of one year working directly with children of any/all abilities
• Minimum of a High School diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to multitask and stay on-task in a busy environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• No ABA experience necessary-all training can be provided for the right candidate!
