HealthPRO Pediatrics has an immediate opening for a Part time Front Desk Assistant in Norwell, MA !

Our organization believes strongly in the efficacy of individualized, child and family-centered care. Our ABA-based multi-specialty practice works collaboratively to utilize evidence based interventions to promote exceptional outcomes.

Job details:

Part time (6 hours weekly)

Monday 3:30 pm-7pm

 

Friday 3:30 pm-6pm

Responsibilities

The Front Desk Assistant works under the direction of the Site Manager to manage the day to day operations of center-based programming. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet, communicate check-in, and monitor client and staff attendance
  • Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate extension, answer client questions
  • Receive letters, packages and send to appropriate location
  • Maintain cleanliness   and center, stock and restock supplies as needed
  • Report any safety concerns to Site Manager
  • Perform general office duties including but not limited toward processing, photocopying, faxing, filing, shreds, reception of phone
  • Opening and closing center locations-emptying trash
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Must be flexible, motivated and a team player
  • Other duties as required.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Required: HS Diploma
  • A basic understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and desire to help those impacted by it
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A friendly, welcoming demeanor in person/via email/on the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Love learning how to do new things and solve problems
  • Experience with scheduling a BIG bonus
  • Understanding of insurance billing a BIGGER bonus
  • We are less concerned with formal education and more concerned with life and work skills
  • Good sense of humor and a positive attitude
  • Must be comfortable around young children

Physical requirements:

  • Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions
  • Must be physically present at the assigned job location
  • Must have ability to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means
  • Must have reliable transportation
