HealthPro Heritage is currently seeking STNA to support our facility to support our facility, Ohman Family Living at Briar, located in Middlefield, OH. We are targeting STNA candidates to fill this role.

Our administrators are opening up this opportunity for STNA's to receive Full-Time hours and Full-Time benefits while working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.   • Assisting in the admission of residents.
  • Reporting any changes in the resident’s condition to nursing.
  • Recording/documenting aspects of care in the medical record, aide book, etc.
  • Providing/Assistant with ADL’s, including daily hygiene, bathing, dressing and dental care.
  • Performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures such as ambulation, range of motion exercises, and positioning the resident.
  • Feeding and assisting with all other activities of daily living.
  • Bed making.
  • Providing a safe and clean environment.
  • Providing an emotional support and social interaction.
  • Preventing accidents and infections.
  • Learning and using safety skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Know and comply with Resident’s Bill of Rights.
  • Ensure resident safety.
