Overview

The Clinical Project Assistant works collaboratively with the Project Manager to maximize the efficient management of the Clinical Strategies division.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support various Clinical Projects and Initiatives including but not limited to Employee Engagement, Innovations, Student Placement Program, Healthy Living, Education, and more.
  2. Maintain clinical and compliance processes including but not limited to receiving Direct Bill denial/appeal letters and uploading them to Box, filing, responding to requests from field associates.
  3. Prepare all regulatory materials for new facilities including signage and information packets for all new facilities in Senior Living.
  4. Format, organize, and update clinical and compliance resources, updating facility folders and managing user roles and access on Box.
  5. Assist with creating, organizing, updating, and assembling training, start-up and orientation materials, and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets.
  6. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate data outcomes from various Clinical Strategies Initiatives.
  7. Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
  8. Assist Project Manager with completion of any new special projects.
  9. Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Entry level marketing experience
  2. Knowledge of and experience with fundamental administrative, operational and management procedures and practices
  3. Proficient to use/manage various software systems, Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  4. Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to take direction and follow through on assigned tasks
  7. Ability to organize and perform multiple ongoing tasks
  8. Ability to independently initiate and carry out routine tasks
  9. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
