    Work Remotely for HealthPRO Pediatrics as a Recruiter for Schools/ Account Manager/Sales

    • Prequalifies candidates & schools to determine the most qualified and promising candidates & positions according to “A & B ranked” job postings and Hot Jobs.
    • Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects via phone calls, social media and mass communication while promoting our pediatric job vacancies.
    • Build and cultivate new prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the recruitment pipeline.
    • Accountable for individual KPIs, Metrics and placement goals.
    • Ensure ICIMS workflow and best practices are consistent with all sales and recruitment team members.
    • Assist with building pipeline for specific projects/initiatives such as University Program and RFPs pipelines
    • Listen to team and feedback and adjust prospecting focus
    • Communicate with recruitment team regarding status of pipeline of prospects and qualified applicants.
    • Entire recruitment workflow working a full-desk Recruiter to include compensation negotiation while maintaining gross profit expectations, managing clinicians out in the field, sending offer letters, rebooking clinicians in new contracts year of year, understanding the hourly and salary pay options and benefit variances, having difficult conversations with employees out in the field, solution driven, etc.
    • The recruiter and Account Manager roll focuses on building pipeline of qualified applicants or Clients to support Responsibilities will incorporate daily  methodology, KPIs and metrics, in targeted geographic areas to support our overall sales strategy.

    • We are seeking to hire an experienced, remote healthcare sales people responsible for duties such as conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and ensuring the school is paired with a candidate who will meet and fulfill the needs of the employer or organization.


    At Least 2 years of Healthcare recruitment/ Account Manager/ Sales experience 

    Computer Skills a MUST

    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
