Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$107,000 total earning potential between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities
• $5,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance available

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM clinic hours
• Realistic billable expectations
• Optional weekend sessions available to make up missed hours

Our play-based, assent-based, and child-led approach to ABA gives clinicians the autonomy to provide individualized care based on each kiddo’s unique needs. With ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof, you’ll be part of a collaborative pediatric team with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and leadership—all while making a meaningful difference for children and families.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

• • Active BCBA certification and (state) licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
