HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.

This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.

Position Highlights:

No in-home services

Monday–Friday schedule

$21–$26/hour, based on experience

On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates

This is a great opportunity for current RBTs, Behavior Technicians, recent graduates, or candidates interested in ABA therapy, psychology, education, child development, or pediatric clinic-based work.

• Work one-on-one with children with Autism and other exceptionalities to build communication, social, and everyday life skills
• Help children reach their goals and learn new skills through play-based, individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—because one size does not fit all!
• Track progress and celebrate wins of all sizes
• Receive training and supervision from our multidisciplinary team of ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists while building experience in behavioral health and child development! 

• A valid RBT certification or completion certificate for a 40-hour RBT certification course is preferred
  • Not an RBT yet? No worries! We have an on-site training program as a benefit!
• Valid CPR certification with the hands-on portion
  • We can help with that, too!

• Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education is preferred

  • However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!

• Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
