HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring for TWO full-time BCBA opportunities in Leonardtown, Maryland for the 2026–2027 school year.

These school-based positions offer the opportunity to support students across multiple locations and a range of behavioral needs while working alongside a collaborative educational and clinical team.

 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Full-Time, W-2 position
• $57–$62/hour, with potential to earn up to $63/hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Approximately 7.5 hours per day
• School-based schedule during school hours
• Support multiple school locations
• Work with students with varying behavioral needs
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Position through June 16, 2027

Responsibilities

The Behavior Analyst works under the supervision of the Lead BCBA and as part of team of Behavior Analysts, clinicians, and therapists/Technicians to provide a range of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB and eligible to support in the state of Maryland, required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, either as a BT/RBT or BCaBA/BCBA preferred
