Overview

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Full-Time School-Based LPN in Lakeland, WA.

  • $38–$42/hour
  • W-2 position with year-round benefits
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO & 401(k)
  • Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience required
  • Active Washington LPN license and current CPR/BLS required

This role provides direct medical support to a student during the school day, including monitoring, medication administration, documentation, and coordination with school staff and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ health and wellness.
  • Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for nursing services
  • Provide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
  • Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA’s code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current license to practice in the state of residence/state of placement
  • Have successful experience working with culturally diverse families
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
  • Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience required
