  • W-2 position with hourly rates between $25-$30/hr

Responsibilities

TheBehavior Technician (RBT/BT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy in a school setting

  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors

  • Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies

  • Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school/national equivalent, and have reliable transportation.
