Salary: $90,000-$107,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric outpatient ABA clinic in Spring Lake, NC.

HealthPRO Pediatrics provides pediatric ABA and therapy services in clinics, schools, and other care settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and (state) licensure (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
