HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting children and families through high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a collaborative clinic setting.

As a BCBA with HealthPRO Pediatrics, you will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, complete behavior assessments, support caregiver collaboration,

and help guide RBTs/BTs as they provide direct ABA therapy services.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, clinic hours available through 6:00 PM
Employment Type: W2
Compensation Potential: $90,000–$107,000 annually between base salary and monthly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.
