HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Center Director – BCBA for our ABA and outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, NC. This role offers the chance to lead a collaborative team while continuing to support children and families in meaningful ways.

 

Position Details

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually

Bonus opportunities: up to $18,000 annually between quarterly Director bonuses and BCBA incentive bonuses

Total compensation opportunity: $95,000–$123,000 annually

Billable expectation: 35% PCT, ~14 billable hours per week
