Full-Time ABA Director (BCBA)

HealthPro Heritage Pediatrics is seeking an experienced ABA Director (BCBA) to lead and oversee our in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA area. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about pediatrics, clinical excellence, and strategic growth.
In addition to overseeing clinical services, this role requires someone with a strong skill set in building professional networks and promoting awareness of our services to support the continued growth of this branch. You will collaborate closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a meaningful impact on the children and families we serve.
Position Details:
Full-time, W-2 employment
Base salary: $100,000-$110,000 between base salary & monthly bonuses
Director billable expectation: 10–15 hours per week
This position is ideal for a BCBA leader with a strong clinical foundation, excellent relationship-building skills, and a desire to help expand and strengthen in-home ABA services within the local community.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA area
Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Oversee the implementation and integrity of behavior intervention plans in accordance with BACB and payer standards
Maintain clinical compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical practice
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams on program development and branch growth
Build and maintain professional networks and community partnerships to increase awareness of services and drive referrals
Monitor caseloads, staffing needs, and clinical outcomes to support sustainable growth
Balance leadership duties with 10–15 billable hours per week
Communicate regularly with families, clinicians, and internal leadership regarding program performance and needs
Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
