HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-Time Program Manager (open to Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists) to lead our therapy program at Inspired Living at Bonita Springs in Bonita Springs, FL. This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a Senior Living/Memory Care setting, offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
This role is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for a clinician looking to step into leadership while maintaining work-life balance.
Looking for more hours? You can build to full-time by adding additional hours at Barrington Terrace of Fort Myers (approximately 35–45 minutes away), based on availability.
Those combining hours may be eligible for full-time status and benefits, including:
