Overview

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.

 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Cameron, NC | Outpatient Pediatric Clinic
$21–$26/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time | Training Provided

Position Details

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available

  • Clinic-based (not in-home) pediatric setting

  • Hours available through 6:00 PM

  • Hourly pay: $21–$26/hour, based on experience

  • On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and document behavioral data

  • Support skill development, communication, and daily living goals

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic
settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child
    development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys
    being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school
    national equivalent and have reliable transportation.
