Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available
Clinic-based (not in-home) pediatric setting
Hours available through 6:00 PM
Hourly pay: $21–$26/hour, based on experience
On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a pediatric clinic setting
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and document behavioral data
Support skill development, communication, and daily living goals
Collaborate with BCBAs, clinicians, and families

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic
settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child

Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school
national equivalent and have reliable transportation.
