Skilled Nursing & Transitional Care | Collaborative Team | Strong Pay
HealthPro Heritage is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team at St. John’s United, a highly respected Continuing Care Retirement Community in Billings, MT. This role is centered in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Transitional Care (TCU), where you’ll help patients regain function, independence, and confidence during critical recovery periods.
Consistent SNF & TCU caseload with strong clinical support

Competitive pay: $49–$54 per hour, based on experience
