Overview
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to elementary students in a collaborative, school-based environment. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CF) looking for mentorship and a structured school-day schedule.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time
Workday: 7.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute lunch
Student Population: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Employment Type: W-2 employee (not contract or 1099)
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
Additional Opportunities: Optional part-time summer hours may be available

The Speech-Language Pathologist will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, support staff, and valuate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Physical Responsibilies:
• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Must hold a current license in the state of practice or a valid type 10 or be eligible for licensure through completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year
• Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
