Overview

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton or Newport News, VA!

 

What We Offer:
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000/year (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)
Schedule: Full-Time an Part-Time options available. Monday-Friday - Sessions typically end by 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a BCaBA and hold required VA licensure (or eligibility).
