Healthpro Pediatrics is hiring a Therapy Aide to support virtual Speech Therapy sessions. Perfect for candidates who enjoy working with children and are comfortable with basic technology.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate therapy schedules with a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist

• Escort students to/from computers for virtual sessions

• Help students log in and stay focused during sessions

• Manage behavior and attention as needed

• Set up technology & troubleshoot basic tech issues

• Communicate with teachers about scheduling

• File IEP paperwork and organize speech folders

• Excellent position for a SLPA student or recent graduate 
• Coordinate Therapy Schedule with Virtual Speech Language Pathologist
• Escort children to and from virtual session to computers to help with logins and manage behavior and attention for session
• Setting up technology and trouble shooting
• Facilitate communication with teachers regarding scheduling
• Clerical duties of filing IEP Paperwork in Cumulative Files and Speech work folders. Training will be provided.

1. Preferred but not requiredEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of speech language pathology assistant with an Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
2. Experience: One year experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant preferred.
3. Skills: Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills
