HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention (EI) team, supporting infants and toddlers (birth–3 years) and their families in their natural environments.

This role offers meaningful, relationship-based work with flexibility and strong clinical support.

What Is Early Intervention (EI)?

Early Intervention supports young children with developmental delays or disabilities by providing therapy in real-life settings—homes, childcare, and community environments.

EI is:

  • Focused on daily routines and participation (Think milestones that every parent works on with their kiddos)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Occupational Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

  • Pennsylvania State OT License
  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
  • Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required
