Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a flexible, pediatric role with real impact?
Early Intervention (EI) offers meaningful, relationship-based therapy for infants and toddlers (birth–3 years).
👉 No Early Intervention experience required — training, mentorship, and clinical support provided.
👉 New grads and experienced pediatric SLPs welcome.
Early Intervention provides pediatric speech therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to three) with developmental delays or disabilities.
SLPs deliver therapy in a child’s natural environment, including:
The child’s home
Childcare or daycare settings
Community spaces
This model supports development where learning naturally occurs, not in a clinic.
As an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist, you may support:
Expressive and receptive language development
Early communication and social interaction
Feeding and oral-motor skills
Play-based and functional communication
Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), when appropriate
Work with families, not just the child
Therapy embedded into daily routines
Focus on functional communication, not worksheets

-Provide Speech Language Pathologist sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
-Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
-Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
-Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
