HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking part-time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide in-home early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This flexible role is perfect for clinicians looking to pick up extra hours while maintaining full control of their caseload.


Position Details

  • Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Position Type: Part-Time / PRN

  • Minimum Hours: 5 hours per month (flexible scheduling)

  • Setting: In-Home Early Intervention

  • Pay Rate: $55–$75/hour

  • Employment Status: W2 with PRN/PT Benefits (Dental, Vision, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Term Life, Home/Auto, and Pet)

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to children aged 0–3 in their homes

  • Track and document progress according to clinical and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide Speech Language Pathologist sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
