With a stable census and supportive nursing staff, Generations offers an environment where therapists can provide high-quality care without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
✨ Position: Full-Time Program Manager (PTA or COTA)
💵 Compensation: $28–$32/hr (based on experience) + Bonus Potential
