HealthPro Heritage is seeking a dedicated part-time Rehab Technician to join our therapy team! In this vital support role, you’ll assist our licensed therapists in delivering quality rehabilitation services that help residents achieve greater independence and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy sessions.
Help residents prepare for treatment.
Support therapists during evaluations and treatment programs as directed.
Maintain departmental records and assist with inventory management and equipment ordering.
Attend staff meetings and in-service sessions.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Contribute to the facility’s quality improvement initiatives.
Uphold HealthPro Heritage’s mission of Compassionate Care while fostering confidence in the rehab program.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions from licensed professionals and work well in a team environment.
