  • Create saved reports, filters, calculated fields; schedule distributions to TA/Ops/HR leadership.
  • Execute candidate marketing/lead engagement from iCIMS (email/SMS sequences to talent pools and silver medalists) and track open/click/apply conversion; iterate based on results.
  • Administer exit surveys; produce monthly “reasons for leaving” summaries with insights by service line/market and recommendations.
  • Update/optimize job ads (titles, first-140 copy, pay transparency, location accuracy) in iCIMS and job boards; set refresh cadence; remove stale/duplicate postings.
  • Partner with TA/Ops/HR to improve data quality (required fields, dispositions); maintain a lightweight data dictionary and governance checklist.
  • Support experiment design/readouts (e.g., title/pay visibility tests) with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years recent, hands-on iCIMS reporting experience (within last 3 years) building dashboards, saved reports, filters, calculated fields, and scheduled distributions.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, array formulas), comfort with large datasets and data hygiene.
  • Strong business communication: translate stakeholder questions into usable reports/visuals; crisp executive summaries.
