HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst to support our talent processes with a focus on iCIMS. In this role, you will build, automate, and maintain iCIMS recruiting reports and weekly dashboards that track the full funnel from Applications → Hires → Onboarding → Starts. You’ll also assist with candidate outreach, manage exit surveys with actionable reporting, and optimize job postings across iCIMS and syndicated job boards. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into an HRIS/HR analytics career while staying deeply involved in day-to-day HR operations.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: Fully remote
Requirements: 2-3 years of iCIMS experience required.
