HealthPro Heritage has a great Rehab Tech Opportunity in the Senior Living Division in Wheaton and other communities in DuPage County. HealthPro Heritage is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rehab Technician (Rehab Tech) to join our therapy team. The Rehab Tech plays an essential role in supporting our therapy department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that help our patients and residents thrive.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage daily schedules, documentation, and departmental workflow
Communicate effectively and professionally with therapists, physicians, residents, family members, and interdisciplinary team members
Support the scheduling and coordination of PRN and full-time therapy staff to ensure adequate coverage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment
Track and manage supplies, ensuring the department is well-stocked
Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and other documentation as needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Perform additional duties related to supporting the therapy and rehabilitation process as assigned

1. Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
2. Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
3. Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
4. Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.

1. Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
2. Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
