This position provides direct, hands-on clinical and operational support to assigned sites, ensuring excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role partners with site leaders, therapists, and operational teams to drive clinical outcomes, enhance employee engagement, and support customer retention. The Clinical Operations Manager serves as the frontline clinical resource for assigned communities, with frequent on-site presence to coach, train, and implement best practices.
