Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Senior Vice President of Account Management Opportunity.

The SVP of Account Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across all long-term care contract rehabilitation partnerships. This leader will oversee the national Account Management strategic plan, ensuring alignment with clinical operations, business development, and compliance while building trusted relationships with key customer executives. The SVP will act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and solutions that strengthen value, improve outcomes, and support the company’s mission to deliver high-quality OT, PT, and SLP services.

  • Remote/Hybrid position
  • Domestic travel up to 50%
  • Job Title to which this position reports:  Presidents of Long-Term Care
  • Compensation Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Provide vision and direction for the Account Management function, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Build and execute strategies to maximize customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with senior leadership (Clinical, Operations, Business Development, Finance) to drive performance, quality, and innovation.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the executive-level contact for major customers, developing deep relationships with C-suite and regional leadership.
  • Ensure regular, proactive communication with clients to address challenges, highlight successes, and share strategic insights.
  • Anticipate customer needs and propose solutions that enhance both clinical and business outcomes.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee Account Management team performance, setting clear KPIs related to retention, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Clinical leadership to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory adherence in client delivery.
  • Guide resolution of escalated issues, balancing customer needs with company resources and strategy.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Account Management team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client advocacy.
  • Provide professional development opportunities to strengthen leadership bench strength.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with a strong preference for long-term care, post-acute, or contract rehab.
  • Proven track record in account management, client relations, or customer success at the executive level.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models (Medicare A/B, Managed Care, PDPM, ISNP).
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead in a dynamic, multi-state, and highly regulated environment.
