HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in Charlotte, NC, within our Senior Living division in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting. This Part-Time opportunity is ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact with Seniors and grow into Full-Time caseload.
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to promote residents' independence and safety
Provide hands-on therapy services to improve residents’ daily functioning and quality of life
Collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate resident progress effectively
