Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Support residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence in daily activities
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident-centered care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate resident progress effectively
