HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Roxboro, NC, within our Long Term Care division in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation and communicate resident progress effectively
