HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Blackville/Williston, SC, within our Long Term Care division in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Assist residents in improving their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate resident progress effectively
