HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Blackville/Williston, SC, within our Long Term Care division in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate progress effectively
