HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in Marietta, GA, within our Assisted Living division in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting. This flexible, as-needed opportunity is ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact with scheduling that fits their lifestyle.
Hours/Schedule: Approx. 15 hrs per week, prefer 3 days per week
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to promote residents' independence and safety
Provide hands-on therapy services to improve residents’ daily functioning and quality of life
Collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate resident progress effectively
Flexible PRN scheduling to accommodate your availability
