HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Spartanburg, SC, within our Assisted Living division in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting. Provide speech-language pathology services, including evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support residents' functional communication and safety
Collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary care team in a supportive assisted living environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and effectively communicate resident progress
