HealthPro Heritage has a great Remote Marketing Specialist position available! This is a full-time, fully remote position that utilizes your knowledge of marketing and creative skills to promote, create, and manage our social media platforms, websites, and more. Qualified candidates have two years of experience with content development, digital marketing, and the use of multiple branding sites!

Responsibilities

Create and manage organization’s social media calendar (adult and pediatric), ensuring a consistent and effective online presence that aligns with brand values and engagement goals.

Develop written, graphic and video content across platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing, blogs, etc.

 

Support internal communications through development and distribution of organization wide emails.

 

Interact with clinicians and organizational leaders to research, gather, and develop stories and associate spotlights.

 

Develop print and digital collateral for partnering customer brands. 

Support business development and recruitment efforts through the creation of engaging social media posts and other content.

 

Track and report on social media performance.

 

Liaise with digital vendors and contract support

 

Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner that is consistent with brand voice

 

Write and distribute press releases.

 

Write, design and edit marketing materials such as sales collateral, customer reports and PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field
•2 years of marketing experience
•Detail-oriented and team player
•Excellent content creation skills, knowledge of social media platforms, organic social media, reputation management, analytics and best practices

•Excellent communication and writing skills

•Creative storyteller
•Works efficiently under pressure; meets deadlines; and good decision-making
•Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe or other design products
•Experience in using social media tools

 

Preferred

•Experience with HubSpot, Canva and digital video production.

•Marketing experience in a healthcare setting
