  • Part time position with afternoon hours to start: 2pm-6pm
  • Working with ages ranging from 3-18
  • Pay range of $40-$45 per hour 
  • Room for growth to full time!

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities

    • The therapist will provide outpatient individual, family, and/or group patient care in accordance with accepted principles of psychotherapy.
    • Develops and coordinates treatment plan with the patient/caretaker
    • Writing reports for insurance companies and/or patient/caretaker
    • Assists patients/caretakers in understanding the nature of diagnostic and therapeutic services provided
    • Manages caseload effectively and commits to allotted work hours
    • Delivers service with effective and caring interpersonal behavior
    • Consults with other team members regarding patient progress
    • Documents accurately, appropriately and in a timely manner on the patient record
    • Demonstrates computer literacy sufficient to operate a personal computer utilizing psychological tests, word processing, database and spreadsheet programs, electronic medical record, and has basic typing skills sufficient to efficiently produce reports and correspondence

     

     

     

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Candidate should hold a license to practice in the area of social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Candidate should maintain credentials and paperwork with the appropriate board.
  • Experience in working with children and adolescents is preferred.
  • Experience in working with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
