Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily leadership demonstration of behaviors and decisions that reflect the mission, vision and culture of the organization
• Independently identifies and resolves problem areas that impede center achievement of goals
• Adheres to and maintains organization policies and procedures
• Ensures accountability to the identified expectations for performance, compliance and quality standards
• Cultivates a high performing team across all OT/PT/SLP clinical services to achieve identified standards and reflect the organizational brand on a consistent basis
• Delivers any necessary corrective action or performance improvement plan to the licensed providers on their team in collaboration with the Center Director
• Lead, mentor and inspire the licensed providers on their team
• Set goals/expectations for the licensed providers on their team and hold them accountable for their daily/ weekly metrics
• Collaborates with all professionals at the center to include (Psychologists, BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Counselors) to facilitate an interdisciplinary model of care.
• Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
• Completes competency assessments for licensed providers per HPP policy time-lines
• Conducts performance reviews for the members of their teams
• Monitors practice EMR to ensure that SOAP notes, documentation, and utilization is in line with organization policies.
• Maintains their own caseload and meets total billable hour requirement per week (can range from 16-28 billable hours) based on total number of clinicians that are being supervised on their team.
• Assumes duties and responsibilities that may not be listed above in order to maintain the dignity, safety of those that we serve and the integrity of the services that we provide.

Qualifications

• Required: Master’s Degree or Speech Language Pathology
• Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE state licensure
• Required: Experience working with children ages 0-18 implementing the principles of Speech Language Pathology
• Required: 3-5 years working with children with developmental disabilities
• Preferred: Experience working in a leadership role among a team of clinical peers
