Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement long-term strategies to grow the long-term care therapy division, aligning with the company’s vision and goals.
Identify industry trends and opportunities to position HealthPRO Heritage as a market leader in long-term care therapy.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the division.
Drive the implementation of innovative therapy models and evidence-based practices.
Financial Management:
Establish and manage budgets to ensure financial health and profitability of the division.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational improvement.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of regional and site-level leaders.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting professional development and employee satisfaction.
Client Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facility partners and stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison to address client concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Regulatory and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and industry regulations affecting long-term care therapy services.
Lead initiatives to maintain accreditation and certifications as required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in long-term care therapy or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals in a multi-site or regional healthcare setting.
