Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in Dauphin County! This position will consist of providing therapy to children aged birth-3 years old in their natural environment. Extremely flexible part time schedule with case-building to full time, if desired.

Responsibilities

-Provide Speech Language Pathologist sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
-Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
-Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
-Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
