Responsibilities

Physical Therapists at HealthPro Heritage are responsible for the assessment and evaluating patients' physical conditions and functional abilities. Developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Implementing therapeutic interventions including exercises and manual therapy techniques. Educating patients and families about their condition, treatment options, and preventive care. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, documenting progress, and promoting evidence-based practice and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in State of Practice and/or license eligible
  • Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in physical therapy.  
  • Able to assess patient needs to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.  
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
