HealthPro Heritage has a great Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Opportunity!  We are looking to add an OT to our Home Health team in the Omaha/Council Bluffs/Glennwood, IA & Surrounding Area coverage area.  Full-time, part-time and PRN flexible schedules available.

• Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Occupational Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Treatment and Education: Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Occupational Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Occupational Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.

1.  Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

2.  Current license or eligible for license under statutes in the state of practice.
